As owner of Bethea and Associates, YoLanda Bethea has strategically aligned her skills and experience with the objectives and business needs of clients within various sectors including Government, Cable/Multimedia, Telecommunications, Retail, etc.   YoLanda has Bachelors in Psychology and an extensive background in Information Technology. 

Most recently, Ms. Bethea has provided Project Management and Business Analysis services to DeKalb County Government on various initiatives:

  • Management and Development of an RFP Process for  a Case Management System for DeKalb County State Court Probation
